Truphone partners with Manet to digitise the hospitality industry
Truphone to replace Manet’s legacy devices with its eSIM technology for 20,000+ users
Truphone announces its partnership with Manet, a leading mobile solution provider which is digitising the hospitality sector. From today, Truphone’s state-of-the-art eSIM technology will be used to power Manet’s new digital concierge app.
The Manet device revolutionises the in-room hotel phone, equipping it with countless features and extending its capability to solve any guests’ needs. In using Truphone Connect – Truphone’s cutting-edge platform for enabling companies to bundle its connectivity and eSIM technology with their existing products – Manet will now be able to revolutionise this service further, by elevating this offering through an app version.
With Truphone, guests will be able to download the Manet app to their own devices and be seamlessly connected at the touch of a button.
In 2018, Truphone launched the world’s first end-user app to offer global connectivity for eSIM-enabled smartphones. Today, Truphone Connect has evolved into a powerful connectivity management platform, allowing Truphone partners to integrate similar functionality in their own apps, utilising any distribution channel and connecting any device, whether this is a smartphone application or a custom-made device.
