We’re thrilled that this commitment has been recognised at the 15th annual Global Top Ranking Performers Awards from where Truphone has been announced as EMEA’s Best Customer Service Team for the in-house category.

Alongside this achievement, Truphone is also set to win the World’s Best Service Team, yet again, at the same Awards.

The Global Top Ranking Performers Awards are the only truly global awards program. Established back in 2006, it is now regarded as the most prestigious industry award program.

This is not the first time Truphone’s world-class service has been recognised as award-winning:

  • Back in 2014, Truphone won the Region’s Best Service Team in APAC and
  • EMEA and World’s Best Service Team by the same award-giving body,
  • as well as winning the Best Business award (UK) - Best Customer Focus in 2018.

We also have dedicated teams of local customer success managers, in the countries where our customers operate, to help with everything from onboarding experiences and onwards, to regular service reviews, to SPOC for escalations and problem shooting.

With excellent response times, the ability to work easily across borders and support from all specialists (network, security, engineers, billing specialists)—Truphone customers get a top-class experience wherever or whoever they are.

Despite our global nature, we’re a relatively small company, and our executive team remains heavily involved with all our customers: from immediate decision-making to being involved in problem-solving.
