Truphone evolves market-leading data plan on Apple SIM for further ease of use

Apple SIM offers fast access to data in over 40 countries with no need to sign a contract

At Mobile World Congress 2018, Mobile technology disruptor and global service provider Truphone have announced that their market-leading Apple SIM data plans will be available via Apple Pay for the first time.

For customers it means even more convenience, with quicker, contact-free access to 4G data purchased directly from their iPad.

Truphone launched their Apple SIM data plans in 2017. Truphone's data plans offer up to 3GB of data straight from a user's iPads without the need to sign up for a contract. Once purchased, a data plan can be used for 30 days in up to 40 countries without the need to change SIMs or purchase further data plans.

The Apple Pay functionality will be introduced to all current Truphone Apple SIM markets from March onwards and will allow anyone with an Apple Pay- enabled iPad to purchase new data without the need to enter credit or debit card details.
