Truphone’s RSP solution rolled out for COMPRION’s new eSIM testing service

Today, Truphone announces its partnership with renowned test tool provider, COMPRION—equipping COMPRION’s new eSIM Test Profile Service with Truphone’s state-of-the-art remote SIM provisioning solution.

COMPRION’s new testing service provides eSIM test profiles to near-market-ready and fully commercial eSIM devices which fulfil the GSMA SAS security requirements.

As the customary tools for provisioning test profiles to eSIM devices are not part of GSMA SAS, testing of near-market and commercial devices with test eSIM profiles were virtually impossible until now.

COMPRION's new eSIM Test Profile Service addresses this challenge by providing the profile in the mandatory GSMA SAS-compliant security level and enabling testing of eSIM devices. It supports all devices that use a GSMA remote SIM provisioning mechanism according to the specification for consumer devices.

This service will be made available via Truphone’s remote SIM provisioning platform, enabling users to activate eSIMs anywhere in the world at the touch of a button, using Truphone’s platform—recently heralded as the most complete end-to-end eSIM solution with the best platform in the industry by Counterpoint Research.

Truphone’s remote SIM provisioning solution was selected by COMPRION due to its flexible and rich user portal as well as its rich API set, which allows fast and easy integration into COMPRION’s systems. To date, Truphone is the only remote SIM provisioning service provider that is also a telecommunications provider. This legacy knowledge makes us experts at understanding the challenges that device interoperability presents—and, more importantly, makes us best placed to fix them.
